Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

Label and Ship

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange item within 5 to 7 business days.
